Since its inception in 2021, Falcon has completed 13 buildings totaling 5.4 million square feet, leased or sold more than 4.4 million square feet and acquired land for an additional 2.2 million square feet of future development in its first five years of operation.

Falcon was founded by Doug Johnson and Ben Newell, whose combined experience includes the development of 139 industrial buildings totaling 53 million square feet.
