After contracting and completing due diligence, the TCD* teamed up with Core5 to develop this property in Plano. While Building A was under construction, the team was approached by Shutterfly who ultimately took the entire building as a build-to-suit. Construction is complete in the park.
Core5 Logistic Center at McKinney

TCD* initially contracted for 65 acres to develop a business park in McKinney, and was then approached by Core5 Industrial Partners to develop the park. The team then decided to contract an additional 22 acres to expand the park to include two future buildings for an additional 521,000 SF.
Speedway Logistics Crossing
FORT WORTH, TX

TCD* assembled seven individual sites to create this 100 acre industrial park. TCD teamed up with Scannell Properties to develop the Fort Worth property. Construction on the three buildings is complete and the property was subsequently sold in 2020.
